Presently, we offer shipping services to several countries, including the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and most of European countries. We are actively working to expand our reach to include more countries in the future. If your country isn't listed, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team for a personalized shipping quotation.

Shipping Costs

We offer free expedited shipping services to most of the countries when your order value is over $100 USD in total, except Israel, Saudi and United Arab Emirates. For those customers from Israel, Saudi and United Arab Emirates, please check the shipping cost when you checkout. 

Custom Tax

To provide clarity and transparency, we want to explain our policy regarding custom taxes.

Please note that Nordeco House does not cover customs taxes for any orders placed on our website. Customs and import duties are imposed by the receiving country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, must be paid by the customer upon receiving the order. Since customs policies and charges vary from one country to another, we recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order if you have concerns about potential customs duties.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking email with a tracking number. This email might be filed in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder consistently after placing your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, please contact Nordeco House for an update.

Depending on the customs regulations of the shipping destination, the customs department may contact you for more information before clearing the shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to regularly check messages from the shipping company and respond promptly to customs and shipping offices. Nordeco House will not cover any damage, delay, or additional costs due to the buyer's failure to respond promptly to customs or shipping company requests. If the package is returned or destroyed by customs or the shipping company due to these reasons, Nordeco House reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct the corresponding return handling fee from the order amount.

Order Processing Time: Please be advised that our standard order processing time is 3-7 working days from the date of your purchase. During this time, our team ensures that your order is carefully processed, verified, and prepared for shipment. We work diligently to meet this timeframe for all orders.

Possible Delays: While we strive to process and dispatch orders within the specified timeframe, there might be situations beyond our control that could cause a delay in the processing of your order. If, for any reason, there is a delay in preparing your order, we will promptly inform you via email or phone. We understand the importance of your purchase, and we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to track your package in real-time and estimate the delivery date accurately. Please note that the shipping time will vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Delivery Times

Our central warehouse is located in Hong Kong. Typically, deliveries take approximately 5-10 working days to most of the countries. Shipping times can be subject to variations arising from weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate urgent orders. 

*Orders to Saudi and United Arab Emirates may take up to 3 weeks as the custom clearances usually take longer time than usual.

Customer Responsibilities and Costs

  3. Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept delivery of the products without reasonable cause, you will be responsible for any associated costs incurred by us, including but not limited to return shipping fees, restocking fees, and any applicable taxes or duties.

  4. Failure to Reply to Deliveries: If you fail to reply to delivery attempts or communication from the carrier regarding delivery arrangements, resulting in the return of the products to us, you will be liable for any return shipping fees, restocking fees, and other associated costs.

  5. Customs Duties and Fees: For international orders, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, return of the products, and additional costs, for which you will be liable.

  6. Costs Incurred: In the event that you refuse to receive products, fail to reply to deliveries, or refuse to pay custom duties fees, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred as a result of your actions, including but not limited to shipping fees, return shipping fees, restocking fees, and customs duties.

  7. Right to Recover Costs: We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred as outlined in these terms by charging the payment method used for the original purchase or by any other lawful means available to us.
